- Order and fulfillment information: products ordered, billing and shipping addresses, order status, returns, support history, and carrier tracking information.
- Payment information: payment providers process card or account details. We receive transaction status and related order records, but do not need your full payment-card number to fulfill an order.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device data, referring pages, site activity, security logs, and analytics data where your consent or applicable law permits.
- Cookie choices: your consent selections and the essential cookies required for cart, checkout, account, fraud prevention, and security.
How We Use Information

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
Silent Modz does not knowingly sell personal information or knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide legally required choices before the change applies.

Retention and Security
We generally retain order, account, support, and privacy-request records for up to three years. Certain tax, fraud, dispute, or legal records may be kept longer when required or reasonably necessary. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to an online store, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Silent Modz is based in the United States and primarily serves U.S. customers. International ordering may be available only for destinations offered during checkout.
